At Ubilabs, we place great value on shared experiences, even outside the office. The first half of 2024 has been filled with exciting team events that have not only provided lots of fun but also strengthened our bond.
Teambuilding at its best
Attending conferences is always a welcome break from the daily work routine. It becomes something special when 12 Ubis venture out together to explore the Google I/O Connect in Berlin. Workshops, panels, and office hours offered plenty of insights into Google's latest technologies and opportunities for building connections.
The mountain is calling and I must go
Our team is spread across Germany, with offices in Hamburg and Munich. That's why we always look forward to the times we can all come together. In June, the Munich team hosted and organized a diverse program. Together, we not only worked but also spent active time with each other. Alongside pitches and retrospectives, we had an unexpected encounter with a bull – an unforgettable moment!
Sweet 17
Even after 17 years, we at Ubilabs still have many dreams and plans for the future. But before we tackle the next challenges, we celebrated our anniversary and toasted to our successes together. With delicious coffee specialties and tasty cakes, we thanked our team. It was a day full of memories and anticipation for what’s to come.
Two Quarters Full of Surprises: Our UbiWeeks
From disc golf to watching the European Championship in the office – our quarterly UbiWeeks offer not only team retrospectives and future outlooks but also diverse evening activities. Organized by a rotating committee, these events consistently surprise us with unique and memorable experiences.
Out and about with Camper Van, Tent & Co.
Our camping trip to Schaalsee and the joint grilling session were the perfect end to a half-year full of highlights. Around the campfire and under the starry sky, we were able to unwind and enjoy nature.
