In 2007, four friends founded the company Ubilabs in Hamburg. In the following 17 years, Ubilabs as a company and we as a team grew steadily. We realized exciting projects for well-known customers, gained various certifications, awards and experiences and are represented today with a team of almost 40 employees at the locations Hamburg and Munich. However, some things have not changed over the past years: The warm and friendly teamwork, the enthusiasm for interesting technologies and the cooperation at equal value.

No matter whether you work for us as a developer, in marketing or in sales: With us, the best idea wins, not the loudest. We are independent of investors, work in partnerships and in an agile manner. We want to create.

Our corporate culture is characterized by trust, flexibility and many opportunities for participation. In regular feedback meetings and "Ubi-Tuesdays" we create the space to speak openly and transparently about goals and development. We are experts in data analytics and location intelligence. This means that our teams of developers, consultants, customer engineers and sales managers develop solutions that help our customers make the most of their data, which is mostly location-based. We help select the right Google Cloud products, develop outstanding web-based applications and set up the infrastructure needed to process and stream complex, location-based data.

Flexible working time models

We advertise every position as full and part-time! Currently, various part-time models are used in our team - from the 4-day week to shorter working hours to the free cycling day. We treat part-time the same as full-time.

Home Office and Remote Work

For us, home office is an integral part of the work culture. The home office does not always have to be at home. We offer home office and remote work, but we also provide regular team events and team days for personal exchange among each other.

Bike Leasing

We love our bikes! At Ubilabs, there are over 100 bikes for every 40 employees! If you would like to treat yourself to a new bike, you can finance your new road bike, e-bike or city bike through our business bike leasing at discounted conditions with a complete service package.

Allowance at lunch and shopping

We offer Sodexo vouchers, which can be redeemed in many restaurants and supermarkets and are subsidized by the employer. This makes every purchase and lunch a little easier financially.

Training & Personal Development

Through a time-based training allowance, training budgets, retros, feedback sessions and hackdays, we ensure that the framework conditions for professional and personal development are right and give people room to try things out.

Team Events

From sailing trips on the Alster to game and movie nights to team outings to the Gasometer in Oberhausen - we regularly come up with something to get our colleagues together. Regular hackdays and coding challenges are also part of the program.

First interview: We want to get a first impression of you to see if you fit into the team.
Professional assessment interview: You present us your elaboration of a task that we give you in advance (with enough lead time)
Peer interview: You get to know your new, potential teammates.
Contract: If everything fits, you get the contract from us and you can start!
