Welcome to Ubilabs
In 2007, four friends founded the company Ubilabs in Hamburg. In the following 17 years, Ubilabs as a company and we as a team grew steadily. We realized exciting projects for well-known customers, gained various certifications, awards and experiences and are represented today with a team of almost 40 employees at the locations Hamburg and Munich. However, some things have not changed over the past years: The warm and friendly teamwork, the enthusiasm for interesting technologies and the cooperation at equal value.
No matter whether you work for us as a developer, in marketing or in sales: With us, the best idea wins, not the loudest. We are independent of investors, work in partnerships and in an agile manner. We want to create.

Our work
We are experts in data analytics and location intelligence. This means that our teams of developers, consultants, customer engineers and sales managers develop solutions that help our customers make the most of their data, which is mostly location-based. We help select the right Google Cloud products, develop outstanding web-based applications and set up the infrastructure needed to process and stream complex, location-based data.

- First interview: We want to get a first impression of you to see if you fit into the team.
- Professional assessment interview: You present us your elaboration of a task that we give you in advance (with enough lead time)
- Peer interview: You get to know your new, potential teammates.
- Contract: If everything fits, you get the contract from us and you can start!
