Join us for our Retail & E-Commerce Summit in our Ubilabs offices in Hamburg for a chance to come together with other professionals in the fields and benefit from their knowledge.
We want to inspire you for what is to come in the world of retail and e-commerce. Our keynotes and sessions will present new possibilities thanks to technological advances such as machine learning or AI. As specialists in data and technology, it is also important for us to give you the tools to make the best use of your collected customer data.

Vikram Challagundla, PUMA
Vikram is an innovator in the retail and e-commerce domain. As a seasoned professional with a global outlook, Vikram has seamlessly integrated operations, project implementation, and program management in his expansive journey.
In his role as Senior Manager Retail Engineering Global eCommerce, Vikram envisions a future where offline and online boundaries in customer experiences are redefined. Join him at at our Event to discover insights from his global exploits, unraveling the dynamics of PoS solutions, project success, and the evolving narrative of retail.

Cihan Kelici, Ember Design
Cihan is the founder and managing director of Ember Design, a design agency specializing in UX/UI design. In terms of content, Cihan walks between the worlds. Equipped with a design degree and a tech background, he has been involved in Hamburg's digital economy for over 15 years.
He was one of the first employees to be involved in start-ups such as OMR or AboutYou, has rethought e-commerce projects in a management role for the Wiethe Group and has turned branding and digital product design on its head for a variety of other brands - and brought it back up again. A designer with vision.

Deniz Bergmann, FUERSTVONMARTIN
Deniz has been developing customer projects at FUERSTVONMARTIN, northern Germany's only HubSpot diamond agency, for over six years - from implementation and the design of customized workflows to strategic alignment. Thanks to her process-oriented thinking and deep understanding of the various CRM tools (marketing, sales, service), she and her team succeed in optimally adapting the various tools of the entire HubSpot platform to individual customer needs. The focus is always on conceptual solutions and developments that offer the respective company the greatest added value for its goals.
As Director Sales, Deniz is now responsible for the sales of the agency network consisting of FUERSTVONMARTIN, the design agency Ember Design and njiuko - the specialists for custom software.

Christopher Denk, Google
Christopher Denk, Retail and CPG Industry Expert at Google Cloud, leads a dynamic technical pre-sales team dedicated to helping businesses transform their operations. Leveraging Google Cloud's comprehensive service portfolio, Christopher has spearheaded multiple data platform projects. He is passionate about organizational change management and ensuring that technology implementations drive real business value.

Laura Oberbüscher, squarelovin
As Head of Content at squarelovin, Laura is responsible for planning, creating and optimizing content for their website, blog and social media channels. Her goal is to offer added value to customers and the target group, to inspire and engage them, and to increase the visibility and reach of the brand.
She is an expert in user-generated content, influencer marketing and social media marketing and is always up to date with the latest trends and developments in social media. She also has certificates in SEO, Figma Basics and Public Speaking. As a speaker and guest lecturer, she regularly shares her knowledge and experience with others.

Michael Ammann, Winning Interactions by Boxalino
