2023 was a year full of momentum. We moved forward with new technologies and projects – especially in the areas of sustainability, smart city, and 3D. There was plenty of motion in our office with an experiment for even better collaboration. And with many great moments together, there was no standstill in our team either.
Ubilabs is a team effort
Whether it's customer projects or team events – it's important to us that we have a great time as a team. So again this year, we have done a lot to ensure that we can work together even better and grow as a team.
From offsite to company review – we continued to collaborate on our goals and their realization in 2023. And we always used the team get-togethers for such events to create great memories together away from work, e.g. at a picnic at the river Alster, an archery class or the Christmas party. Our "office makeover" experiment also brought a breath of fresh air to our Hamburg office and new inspiration for collaboration on site.
The topics and projects that moved us
For us, 2023 was clearly dominated by new technologies and pioneering topics. As part of our projects, we focused intensively on how we can use data and location technology to support companies on their way to greater efficiency, productivity, and innovation. This has resulted in a wide range of use cases: from smart city solutions and the visualization of data in 3D to complex applications in the field of climate and sustainability.
